Returns, Replacements & Order Policy
We take great care in ensuring every order reaches you in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, an unboxing video is mandatory to process any request. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with the video and supporting images. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product.
Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Goods once sold are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once an order is placed on the website, it cannot be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Fragrances selected at the time of purchase are final and cannot be changed or swapped after the order is placed.
